Fundraising at the Ball – Get Involved! Have fun!

All of our fundraising prizes have been donated and every penny raised goes directly to our chosen charities through Bal Polski CIC. On the night of the gala ball volunteers help sell the tickets and organise the prizes. Lucky Dip

£20 a ticket, our luxury prizes range from bottles of champagne, gift bottles of spirits, unique signed gifts, vouchers for events, meals and beauty treatments.

Bring cash or card and look for the stand in the champagne reception. Have fun, help raise funds for charity and win a luxury prize – every ticket is a winner!

Grand Draw  

During the champagne reception and during dinner our Bal Polski volunteers will be selling tickets for the Grand Draw.

For just £10 a ticket or 6 tickets for £50 you are in with a chance of winning a luxury prize in the  Grand Draw / Loteria. 46 Bal Polski prizes included a weekend break at Hotel Bristol, Warszawa, a magnum of U’luvka vodka and crystal glasses in a presentation case or Dr Gabriela Mercik beauty products and treatments with a value of £1,500.

 

 

 

Silent Auction

Join in the fun of silent bidding.

 

Prizes at 46 Bal Polski ranged from private session at a shooting range with the Polish Consul to a unique work of art. Watch on screens around the ballroom how your bids is doing – start from low reserves but bid high enough to beat auction snipers and make sure your final bid has been registered by the computer before the deadline at Midnight!

 

 

 

Silent Auction stop registering bids and close at Midnight.  Payments can be made by card and pin.

Grand Auction led by Hugh Edmeades, International Auctioneer

Join in the fun and the theatre with High Edmeades international auctioneer. Thanks to the hard work of the Organising Committee and the generosity of our donors the stakes are high at the Grand Auction. Unique one of a kind prizes, 46 Bal Polski five items at the Grand Auction raised over £35,000 for our charities.

 

 

 

The Live Auction kicks off after starters have been cleared and before main course is served.

Souvenir Gala Photography

Bal Polski charities benefit from your memories; our professional photographers make a donation from every commemorative photograph sold.

 

 

Professional photographers are at hand as you enter the venue to take a portait photograph when you arrive. Photographs are printed and mounted and ready for purchase after dessert is served.

Group table photographs taken by professional photographers – pay at the event and the mounted colour photographs will be sent in the post a few days later to your given address.
