47 Bal Polski tickets are sold in rounds of 10 priced £1,900 per table or £190 per person .
We have 30 tables available. Payments will be accepted up to 2 weeks before the Ball but we cannot guarantee tickets as there are a limited number of spaces – we only have 300 tickets available this year. Please note we confirm final numbers to the hotel by 15th January 2019, so no additional tickets will be available after this date.
Dress code is strictly floor length ball gowns for ladies and black tie for gentlemen. Bal Polski reserves the right to refuse entry. Entrance by ticket only.

By January 22nd or sooner tickets will be sent to the Party Host only (tables of 10).
Entry is by ticket only, all tickets to be produced at Hurlingham Club Security Gate.

Cancellations
Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
Dress Code
The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone incorrectly dressed, without a ticket or behaving in an inappropriate manner. No refunds will be issued in these instances.
Liability
Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the Event which have been arranged by You are at your own risk.
We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or damage of Your personal belongings.
